2. The service
Pathfinder provides psychometric and aptitude assessments and related reporting for individuals, schools, and businesses. Assessment results are indicative guidance and are not a guarantee of any outcome, placement, or hire.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. Learners under 18 must have parental or guardian consent, arranged through their school.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or extract data you are not authorised to access, or use results to unlawfully discriminate against any person.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Specific billing terms apply once a payment provider is enabled.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its assessment models, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your assessment responses remain associated with you and are handled per our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from use of the platform or reliance on assessment results.
